Dr. Lim Boon Yeow, Chairman of the Association of Certified Strategic Auditors of Singapore (ACSA), is a Singaporean.
Dr. Lim Boon Yeow holds an MBA from the University of Hull, UK, and a Ph.D. in Management from the University of Queensland, Australia. He has taught at the University of Queensland in Australia, Sim University in India, and Embry-Riddle Aviation University in Singapore, and was awarded the Long Service and Good Conduct Medal by the Singapore government.

Mr. Lim Boon Yeow, Chairman of ACSA, has rich practical experience in the field of investment and development in Singapore, and is also the editor-in-chief of the top academic journals in the field of global strategic management research - Strategic Management Review Journal (JSMR) and Journal of Corporate Governance Review (JCGR). He is also a professor and project consultant at the Business School of Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University.
